  • Our kittens leave home at around 3 months old. They will have their first 2 sets of shots and be microchipped prior to leaving our home and traveling to your home. This ensures the best start to a happy healthy life. It is your responsibility to continue on with the vaccination and treatment plan set forth by your veterinarian. When you get your kitten you will need to take them in at 4 months for boosters and again at 6 months to get altered.

  • It is your responsibility to have your veterinarian check out the kitten within the first 72 hours the kitten goes to your home. This is important to keep the health guarantee.

  • Our cattery is a closed cattery, this means no people or other cats come in. This ensures our adult cats remain negative for FIV/FeLV, your kitten will not be tested but is guaranteed to be free of these diseases for 5 days after leaving the cattery. If you would like your kitten to be tested prior to leaving the cattery, $100.00 fee will be added to your account.

  • Our cats are screened for known health issues of the maine coon breed. Your kitten comes with a health 2 year health guarantee of known genetic issues. Should your veterinarian determine your kitten has a genetic issue you will be offered another kitten at no charge to you, shipping not included. It is vitally important that you inform us of any genetic issue found so we can stop using the “Tom” or “Queen” responsible for causing the genetic mutation.

  • Kittens remain available until a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is placed to hold your kitten. Promises of payment do not hold kittens. (DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL APPROVED)

  • Our kittens are 2000$ unless otherwise stated.

  • Kittens must be paid in full by 10 weeks of age or you lose your deposit and the kitten goes to the next applicant.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale. This will happen prior to your deposit. Deposits are not to be sent to us until after the application and a conversations has happened with the potential buyer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the sale at any time for any reason prior to the kitten leaving if we determine the placement will pose a risk to the kitten. We will refund your money if this should happen.

  • Prices are subject to change with the changing economy. More than love and cuddles goes into raising kittens. Shipping or delivery costs are not part of the kitten price and will be extra.

  • If for any reason you are unable to keep your kitten in the future, you promise to contact Wildirises Coon Ranch and inform us of your needing help for rehoming.

  • Be aware of scammers trying to take your money. If you see any of my pictures on other web pages then they have been taken without my knowledge or permission. Our cattery is in Pennsylvania and was in Alaska. If it’s not Shawn or myself then, please contact me to ask. I do not send kittens to someone else anywhere to sell my kittens. Please let me know so I can bring awareness to their scam.

  • At any time if abuse or neglect is suspected, the kitten can be relinquished back to Wildirises Coon Ranch with no refund.

  • Seller and Buyer will sign a contract with further details of the above information. (See Example)
